Part 1 of the season 7 RHOA reunion show aired recently, and it didn’t lack entertainment. The ‘all-white’ dress theme was supposedly chosen to symbolize peace and sisterhood amongst the cast members, but the purpose spiraled downwards real fast.

NeNe Leakes, Phaedra Parks, and Porsha Williams were seated on opposite sides from #Team Petty. Team Petty comprises of Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Claudia Jordan and Kandi Burruss.

NeNe Leakes gets a lot of stick in the entire reunion, and she is mostly seen on the defensive front. Amongst the cast members, Kandi Burruss proves to be the ultimate pain in the arse for NeNe as the two of them butt heads and shamelessly bring their season-long altercation to the forefront. Kandi told NeNe, “First of all, I don’t hate you. I do hate your superiority complex. I hate when you talk down to people, especially among the group.”

The shouting match between the two feisty ladies ended up with NeNe taking a brief moment to wipe her tears.

Phaedra Parks voices her opinion on Apollo Nida, her husband, and an inmate, and the remarks are anything but complimentary. She reveals that she is still married to the man and is looking to be financially organized before filing the divorce papers, while also adding that she doesn’t need the show, unlike other people, to earn a living.

Phaedra and Kenya’s budding relationship seems to have been make-believe as they quickly forgot their fondness for each other that was established in the Philippines and started dishing out on one another. Phaedra told Kenya, “You love to talk about Christianity. Read the Bible in its entirety.”

Phaedra further revealed that she hadn’t instigated a visit to Apollo in jail with their sons.  She was in tears when she said, “I make plenty of money. I don’t need this… what I do need is time to make the appropriate decision for my life.”
