New video has been released revealing the dying moments of an African-American active-duty soldier Sgt. James Brown who checked himself into the El Paso, Texas, county jail and died while in custody nearly three years ago. 26 yr old Brown repeatedly yelled out #ICantBreathe before dying minutes later. The same dying plea that #EricGarner gave before his death.
Brown had no criminal record nor did he have any illegal drugs in his body, according to the autopsy report. When Brown checked himself in, he reported that he was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. The jail claimed that Brown died of natural causes do to sickle cell. #SMH #WTF #PoliceBrutality
