A Walmart manager in Zhanjiang City, China, died in-store after she was slashed in the throat by an alleged robber. Bystanders on the scene, recorded a video of the manager bleeding out, while employees desperately attempted to stop the blood flow.
The incident occurred when Walmart manager Lin Hsing confronted a man with a hat, checkered shirt, and jacket on. When Hsing began to question the man to determine if he was shoplifting items from the store, she was slit across her throat by the assailant, who had a knife hiding in his pocket. The man was able to escape beyond the building but was chased down and tackled by an angry mob of customers who were made aware of the knifing.

In the video, you see an employee holding Hsing from behind and another attempting to stop the heavy bleeding by holding a shirt to the woman’s throat. A security guard appeared with a medical kit that had a neck bandage inside, unfortunately, the blood was flowing too heavily for the employees to stop it and the manager died on the scene.
Going to work to do your job and someone kills you over a few items in a store, terrible.
