If you’re a follower of the X-Men movies, then you’ll definitely want to see X-Men Days of Future Past. Keeping with the story from the comic books, it begins about 10 years in the future when Sentinels have just about destroyed all of the mutants and human sympathizers. The last of the X-Men join forces and have a plan to change the past.

The consciousness of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is sent back to the 1970s using the powers of Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page). He must convince younger versions of Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to stop Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) from killing the man who created the Sentinels. The movie introduces Dr. Trask (Peter Dinklage)  who brilliantly plays the inventor of the Sentinels.

Since the X-Men have been around for almost 15 years, the movie doesn’t bother explaining who the X-Men, mutants, good guys, and bad guys are. If you haven’t seen an X-Men movie before, you might be a little lost. Nevertheless, it has as interesting plot with an excellent mix of action and dialogue. X-Men movie-goers won’t be disappointed with this latest installment in the X-Men movie series.
